A beautiful academy set-up in the busy street of Borivali in Mumbai, Bhavika has left no stone unturned to offer her expertise to her learners in the best possible way. She offers not only her experience but also her kitchen and ingredients to cook with. She works with only a batch of 12-15 people at one time in order to be able to give the best possible attention to each of her students.

Class Structure:
All levels will be spread across 8-10 days depending on the speed and grasping power of the individual. Each class will be for approx. 3- 4 hours per day.
 
The beginner course will be available for those learners who have an interest in cookies, biscuits, basic cupcakes, muffins, brownies, and donuts. The beginner’s level will also include what Bhavika would like to call the “Chocolate Level 1”, which includes learning how to make various interesting beverages made of chocolate, tea time cakes, waffles, churros, different kinds of bread, and even ice creams. 
 
The Intermediate level includes the “Chocolate Level 2” where the inquisitive students will learn how to make fondant cakes, cake decorations which are highly intricate, macaroon making, different kinds of cakes like chandelier cake, airbrush cake, jelly cake, nude cake, design cakes and many more. This level will also include lessons on chocolate modeling and constructing an edible sugar lace.
 
Masters level will include wedding cake making, pastillage work, creating royal icing sculptures, carousel cake making, and edible flower making.
 
Certification:
You will be issued a personalized certificate on completion of the course.
