Subhash Raje is an alumnus of the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management, Mumbai with a teaching career spanning more than 4 decades. He has taught Economics at the graduate and post-graduate levels across various institutes in Mumbai. After 2007, he was associated with the Mumbai Institute of Management & Research as core faculty and continued to be a visiting faculty at several institutes including, the Welingkar Institute of Management & Research, Chetana Institute of Management, and S.P. Jain Institute of Management. As a faculty of Management Studies, he has taught Managerial Economics, Decision Sciences, Statistics, and International Business. From 2011 – 2019, he was associated with the Rizvi Institute of Management Studies & Research as core faculty.
He was the Chief Editor of the 2011 research publication titled, ‘New Horizons in Social Science Research’. He has also co-authored the book, ‘Founders of Political Economy & Economic Systems’. For his career as an Economics and Management Studies faculty, he has conceptualized and created extensive learning resources for Micro-economics and macroeconomics.
Subhash Raje has more than 40 years of experience as an academic. He started his teaching career in 1974 as part of the Economics faculty at his alma mater, Bhavan's H.S. College. Over the years, he remained associated with the institute in various capacities - Head of Department for Economics, Head of Unaided Courses, and Coordinator for the Bachelor of Management Studies. In 2007, he retired as the Vice Principal of Bhavan's H.S. College. Post-retirement, Subhash Raje has been associated with various Management Institutes in Mumbai as visiting and core faculty.
